Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).
Refund Process

- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
- If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the shipping cost
Refund Timeline
Total refund time: 7 business days (processing) + 5-7 days (bank processing) = approximately 12-14 business days from when we receive your return.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size, color, or style within 7 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team, and we will arrange for the exchange.
The exchanged item must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different price, you will either receive a refund for the difference or be required to pay the additional amount.

Exchange Availability
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped or processed. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return policy once you receive the item. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
